VCD Cutter is a programme with which you will be able to watch all kinds of video files in any format such as DVD, AVI, MPEG, VCD, etc... It also allows for freezing images from the video clip you want, in a simple way because the interface you will be using with VCD Cutter is very similar to the one you know from Windows Media Player.
In the same way with VCD Cutter you will be able to cut all of your video files and later join them, and the possibility of cutting is very practical when sending video file fragments by electronic mail.
VCD Cutter in its demo version will only allow for recording the first seven seconds of the first two clips. It is valid for any Windows installation (98/ ME/ 2000/ Windows XP)
